Chocolate chip cookies with CBD caramel drizzle
- 2 ¼ cups of all purpose baking flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 c. (2 sticks of unsalted butter)
- ¾ c. sugar
- ¾ c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 cups of your favorite chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
Oil or foil your pan with your choice of oil so that the cookies do not stick to the pan
Mix 2 eggs, vanilla extract, and 1 cup of butter in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all of your dry ingredients together. Once this is finished, slowly pour all wet ingredients in a little at a time while stirring by hand or by a hand-held mixer.
Once the dough is formed, fold 2 cups of your desired chocolate chips in with the dough mixture.
Take a cookie dough scooper, ice cream scooper, or a spoon and form your cookie dough into balls. We like our a little on the bigger/fluffy side so we decide to pack on the cookie dough goodness! How big or small your cookies are, are up to you and your liking! No cookie discrimination here!
Once all cookie dough is rolled, place them on your oiled cookie sheet. Ensure they are at least 2 inches away from one another. The cookies need space to spread during cooking. If necessary, bake your cookies in batches. It’s always best to under-estimate than over-estimate when placing your cookies on a sheet to bake.
Place cookies in the oven for 8-15 minutes and You’re all set to go!

Warm ½ cup of caramel for 15 seconds in a bowl
Melt ½ cup of butter and mix in with caramel
